- Follow up with mobile OTP verification
- Your dashboard becomes accessible
- You can explore guidelines before submitting
No submission happens at this stage.

- Communicate clearly
- Avoid delays during review
You can update your profile anytime.
Starting a New Submission
When you click "Start New Submission", a draft submission is created.
- Your work is saved automatically
- You may edit freely until final submission
- No review begins at this stage
You are encouraged to submit only when your article is ready.
Payment & Final Submission
Once payment is completed and you click "Submit":
- The article enters the editorial system
- Changes are no longer freely editable
- Review timelines begin
Each article allows one post-submission amendment only.
Initial Checks
After submission, the following checks are carried out:
- Formatting and structure review
- Profanity check
- Similarity index screening
- Scope alignment
These checks ensure the article is suitable for review. They do not determine acceptance.
Editorial Evaluation
An editor evaluates whether the article is suitable for publishing
- We send AI-assisted editorial review framework reports
- Not all articles proceed to peer review
- You are notified once a decision is made
Waiting during this stage is normal.
Peer Review & Revision
When you receive peer review reports:
- The reports assess clarity, structure, and reasoning
- Feedback may require revisions
- A deadline is shared for re-submission
Revisions are part of academic learning and are common.
Second Review (If Applicable)
Some articles require a second round of review.
This is normal and does not imply a negative outcome. It helps ensure fairness and clarity.
Final Decision
Every submission reaches one of the following outcomes:
- Accepted for publication
- Not accepted for publication
Decisions are based on scope and readiness, not effort alone.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If an article is not accepted:
- Authors receive detailed review feedback.
- Authors may revise and resubmit within 60 days. No extra cost
- Request a partial refund (50%) if they choose not to resubmit.
Refund communication is shared separately
Production & Publication
For accepted articles:
- Copy preparation is completed
- A DOI is assigned
- The article is published on iNext Researcher
You receive a publication email with citation details.
After Publication
After publication:
- You may share your article responsibly
- You may reference it in academic portfolios
- You may submit new articles independently
Each submission is reviewed separately.
A Note on Timelines
-
Academic review involves multiple stages.
-
Some stages are faster than others.
-
If action is required, you will always be notified.
-
Silence usually means the article is still under review.
One Permitted Amendment
-
One amendment request after submission allowed.
-
The amendment must include all intended changes.
-
Extra changes require submission of a new article.
-
This policy applies equally to all authors.
