All manuscripts go through extensive editorial review. Paying does not guarantee publication. We look for:

- If a paper is not accepted, authors receive detailed review feedback.
- Authors may revise and resubmit within60days. No extra cost
- Request a partial refund(50%)if they choose not to resubmit.
Fees cover editorial assessment & platform services, hence not fully refundable after review begins.
