PLATFORM BASICS

What is iNext Researcher and how is it different from other journals?

iNext Researcher (iNXTRCR) is an AI-powered, open-access publishing platform designed for school and undergraduate students (Classes 8–12 and undergrads).

Unlike traditional academic journals meant for senior researchers, iNext helps students learn the entire publishing process—from writing and formatting to ethical review and open-access publication.

Every accepted paper receives a DOI (Digital Object Identifier) and is indexed in Google Scholar and crossref, ensuring global visibility.

Is iNext Researcher recognized internationally?

Yes. All iNext Researcher papers receive DOIs registered through CrossRef, the same global system used by universities and major journals worldwide.

This makes every publication verifiable, citable, and discoverable on international research databases.

Who runs or supports iNext Researcher?

iNext Researcher is managed by the Vikramshila Research, under the Aakashganga Open initiative.

The platform is advised by a board of senior academics, educators, and research mentors who guide it in maintaining academic integrity and educational purpose.

How does the peer-review process work?

Every submission goes through a two-stage review process:

  • AI-assisted checks: For similarity index, language & grammar, profanity, and structure.
  • Editorial review: By human experts who provide feedback and suggestions.Only papers that meet originality and clarity standards move to publication.
Is iNext Researcher open access or subscription-based?

iNext Researcher is Completely open access.

All published papers are free for anyone, anywhere, to read and cite. Authors pay a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover the costs of review, editing, and secure hosting.

Who owns the copyright after publication?

Authors keep full copyright of their work.

Papers are published under a Creative Commons license (CC BY NA SA) so others can read, share, and cite your work — with proper attribution.

How can I cite papers published here?

Each article includes a citation and DOI.
