Editorial Board Philosophy

Opening quote

iNextResearcher is built on a simple belief: research is not a privilege reserved for a few, but a skill that can be nurtured early, ethically, and rigorously. Our Editorial Board brings together educators, researchers, institutional leaders, and development practitioners who have worked across schools, universities, public systems, and communities.

Together, they guide student research with a focus on clarity of thought, responsible inquiry, and real-world relevance. The Board's role is not to judge prestige, but to mentor quality—helping young researchers learn how to ask meaningful questions, structure evidence-based arguments, and build academic portfolios that stand up to global standards.

This sets the moral tone : mentorship over gatekeeping.
